Creamed Tuna Toast

Well, this is one of the healthiest breakfast that I have had. And its one of my favorites because I'm a sea-food lover. This recipe maybe used either for people who want to make it into a sandwich for breakfast or I would suggest that make it into a salad by adding lots of nutritional veggies along with it.
"I brought you a Tuna Sandwich. They say its brain food because there's so much Dolphin in it, & you know how smart they are"
- Marge Simpson

Ingredients
3      tbsp  Butter
3      tbsp  Maida (All purpose Flour)
0.25 tsp    Salt
1.25 cups  Milk
1.5   cups  Peas (cooked)
1      can   Tuna
2      nos   Eggs

Steps
1. In a saucepan, add Butter, Maida, and salt.
2. Add milk gradually and continue stirring.
3. Make sure the sauce becomes well thickened without any lumps.
4. Add the cooked Tuna and Peas. (And any other veggies of your choice)
5. For a healthy breakfast, serve it on toasts along with slices of boiled eggs.
6. Enjoy and have a hearty Breakfast!!!
