Creamed Tuna Toast

Well, this is one of the healthiest breakfast that I have had. And its one of my favorites because I'm a sea-food lover. This recipe maybe used either for people who want to make it into a sandwich for breakfast or I would suggest that make it into a salad by adding lots of nutritional veggies along with it.

Pancakes/Crepes

What better way to start a day than to start with the Breakfast of Champions. The good old classic Pancakes, or as the French would like to call Crepes.
As Mitch Hedberg said, "A Waffle is like a Pancake with a syrup trap".
So, this multipurpose mix is a personal favorite of mine.

Ingredients
1.5  cups  Maida (All purpose Flour)
3.5   tsp    Baking Powder
1      tsp    Salt
1-2  tbsp  Sugar
1.5  cups  Milk
1     nos    Egg
3     tbsp   Butter

Steps
1. This is as easy as hell. First thing you need to do is gather all your ingredients.
2. Mix all the ingredients to make a batter of well consistency.
3. Using a saddle pour into a buttered and heated pan.
4. Use your imagination to make them in desired shapes and sizes.
5. Enjoy with Honey/Maple Syrup/Chocolate or just plain butter.
